With Matthew Taylor, chief executive, RSA.

Building on the theme of neurological reflexivity outlined in his speech in 2008 and on the work of the RSA's Social Brain Project, Matthew Taylor will explore how brain and behaviour research is increasingly being incorporated into political and policy debate in Britain, forcing both left and right to re-examine old assumptions.
